The young Rafia with extra ordinary talent has changed the whole concept of abaya design with her simple philosophy for keep the women first in her designs. Born in Al Ain she was spotted early for her design talent by her farther who further nourished and encouraged her to pursue her dreams. In UAE she competed her Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Business Administration, but her heart and mind always remained deeply attached to fashion. Giving her a business back ground was a plus point to launch her own brand. Mauzan brand was born in Al Ain in 1990 using fabrication from France, Italy and Switzerland to produce some of the best abayas. Her love of the use of lace, silk and other soft fluid fabrics in her designs which give like, grace and distinction to Mauzan products. Rafia Helal Bin Drai  forward thinking vision has enabled her to designer her own line of casual abayas, prêt-a-porter and Haute Couture abayas and her own line of perfumes
